The Cottonwood Arts Festival is held twice annually at Cottonwood Park in Richardson, Texas. The theme for the 2000 Spring Cottonwood Arts Festival was "Abstractions".

Hal David Berger, a glass artist from Emporia Kan., created and brought striped glass paperweights.
