The Cottonwood Arts Festival is held twice annually at Cottonwood Park in Richardson, Texas. The theme for the 2000 Spring Cottonwood Arts Festival was "Abstractions".

Custom Kaleidoscopes and metalwork by Mirrored Images of Richardson were also available for purchase.
